Prof. Nelson Ojukwu-Ogba is of the Department of Business Law, Faculty of Law, University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. He is currently the Head of the Department. He is also the Director, Directorate of Public/Private Partnership, Vice Chancellor’s Office, University of Benin, Benin City. His areas of specialization include Law of Intellectual Property; Law of Banking & Negotiable Instruments; Company Law; Law of Insurance and Financial Crimes. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours, Barrister-at-Law (BL), Master of Laws (LL.M), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law. He is widely published in reputable peer-reviewed journals in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Cameroon, Botswana and continental Europe.
