Dr. Peter Akhere Ebabhamiegbebho is an Associate Professor and current Head of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D from the University of Benin, Nigeria (2014) and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (MNIFST). control, focusing on the development and enhancement of indigenous meat and food products’ value chains. His groundbreaking work has been recognized with over thirty-five publications in esteemed international, national, and local journals.
